This new draft bill aims to repeal the IVT Act of 1982. The bill is still under review and, comments and contributions can be submitted to knowledge@separc.co.sz . Once the stakeholder and public validation exercise is completed, the bill will be submitted to parliament for consent and there will still be another window for public submissions for comments.
