In line with His Majesty King Mswati III’s call for decentralization and taking government to the people: the DIVT has distributed registration forms across the country at all the Ministry of Labour and Social Security offices (Labour Commissioner) at Vuvulane, Siteki, Big Bend, Piggs Peak, Manzini, Mankayane and Nhlangano. The forms can be collected at no charge and there are no restrictions imposed; even non-Emaswati nationals are free to collect the forms.

Forms that had been filled had to be returned at the DIVT Office at Sandla on the specified date and candidates held up at work can send someone to drop on their behalf. Upon payment of registration fee; no additional fees are required from candidates. The cost of the trade tests are covered by the Government of His Majesty the King Mswati III. Certificates are also issued free of charge to successful candidates.
